One of my biggest memories of deb or as we liked to call her dey was when she fractured her skull. It was a cold winter day and we decided that we wanted to go ice skating. It was the day before i was leaving for a trip to florida so i just wanted to spend some time with dey and bob ( her husband) and my sister. So we went ice skating and were having a great time when these kids showed up with there dog. There dog didnt not look friendly at all and i think my sister was trying to pet it im not really sure. Somehow dey ended up falling and fracturing her skull. I remember being so afraid to leave the next day because she was so hurt. Her face was all black and blue and i just felt so bad. Another memory i have is kind of a funny one. Bob always loved to go hiking. So one day it was me,dey bob and my sister samantha and we all decided to go on a hike. Long story short somehow we got lost ( which i feel always happned) and bob decided to take out his GPS. We kept following it and all of a sudden we come to a barb wired fence so naturally bob decided we are all going to go over it. Guess who got stuck in the fence? Bob, i remember laughing so hard even though i probably shouldn't have laughed. But i rember standing with dey and asking are we really going over this.
These are just some memories that i have with her but the best memory i have was the person she was. Dey was a loving and caring person. The way she worshiped God in church was amazing she didn't care what people thought it was her God and she wanted to worship him. Still to this day there is a song that i cry at because i just remember her yelling with happiness at the song.
Dey i miss you every single day, i wish you were here to see everything i am going through.I know you are in heaven with Jesus and dancing and worshiping. One day we will be together again. Until then keep watching out from heaven.
